The Cost Of Franchising Your Business

At Franchise Business Consultants we work mainly on results apart from a relatively small upfront fee to set everything up for you and launch the franchise.

If you wish us to handle the recruitment of franchisees for you then all other fees are based upon results. You may actually prefer to deal with the recruitment side yourself so then there are no further charges beyond the upfront fees.

Upfront Fees

Unlike most consultants we don't hide the costs of the Franchising Project from you. Everything will be made as self financing as possible but there will be an up front investment from only £5995 (+VAT) This is paid in instalments. This covers the following:

(a) The Franchise Model and Blue Print
(b) The Franchise Contract
(c) Franchise Day to Day Operations Manual
(d) Franchise Prospectus for selling the franchise
(e) Franchise Prospectus Website
(f) Prospective Franchisee Meeting Materials
(g) Initial Franchise Marketing Launch
(h) Franchise Consultants Fees

We believe this is the most competitively priced model in the market place. Solicitors legal fees alone can cost up to £12k or more.

NB. Your only other main initial cost will be to protect your name and logo (approximately £500) unless you have already done it.

Ongoing Franchise Costs

After the initial fee outlined above the income from franchisees will make the project self financing and profitable.

Ongoing expenses will be the costs of advertising for franchisees. The expenses of training, franchisee support etc will be covered in the franchise fees, franchisee royalties and franchisee monthly fees.

Franchise Growth

Recruitment of franchisees can be handled in two ways:

  1. Your business handles it. OR
  2. Our Franchise Consultants will handle everything for you.

Our franchisee recruitment services include:

  1. Enquiry handling and qualification
  2. Potential franchisees meetings
  3. Closing the franchise deal with prospective franchisees
  4. Dealing with the 'legals' and handling the arrangements to bring new franchisees on board.

Franchise Consultants Results Based Fees

If you choose to use our Franchise Consultancy services to handle franchisee recruitment we work on a performance related results only basis. We earn our fees from a percentage of the franchise fees and ongoing monthly fees that we generate for you. Unlike most franchise consultants we are only successful when you are successful.
